Sermon Highlights from March 27, 2022:

Our Pastor preached a life-changing message today on obedience.  She expounded on the concept of obedience being better than sacrifice and that God will chasten those he loves.  She implored us to be obedient and remain faithful to God in the areas of our individual giftings.  The lack of obedience will cause our prayers not to be answered.  God is extremely faithful to us so we should endeavor to be more faithful to him. God is a forgiving God.  When we cry out in true repentence, he forgives.  To view the full message, go to our Pastor's Facebook page: Gwendolyn Spratt.

Romans 8:31- ...If God is for us, who can be against us?

Galatians 6:8- Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsover a man soweth, that shall he reap...

Member Testimony-

Several years ago we had a family meeting regarding my Aunt going into the ministry full time.  I was on my way to college and really did not know what it all meant but I never doubted her decision.  From that time until now I have had the opportunity of watching Pastor (known as Aunt Gwen to me) grow in the Lord.  As she grew, we all did.  Its infectious when you surround yourself with the right people and seek GOD in your heart.   When Aunt Gwen came into a revelation, so did we.  When she prayed for others, so did we.  When she stood on  God’s word, so did we.  Many think that going in the ministry means losing out on life.  I would argue that for me and my family it meant life more abundantly.  Leadership is defined as making a positive influence.  Aunt Gwen has done that for so many people and in so many ways.   I will never be able to say enough how I treasure our relationship.  Not just because she is my Aunt but also because she is my Pastor.
